Project "Education of Study of Korean Chinese Characters and Culture" held by Prof. Wang Ping and Prof. Young-Sam Ha as been selected into sponsored projects of Korea Central Institute, lasting three years, with a total sum of 0.15 billion Korean Won.

Since 2008, center for the Study and Application of Chinese Characters has reinforced cooperations and communications with foreign universities, especially with Korean universities, and achieved a lot. Many works have been published and become much of a stir both home and abroad.

This project will be focused on Ancient Chinese character dictionaries in Korea and open a series of courses, which shall be significant in ways such as further communication between our center and Korea.
